Steps

Pour flour onto a clean surface
Make a well in the middle and crack the egg inside.
Add the turmeric and begin whisking the egg with a fork incorporating a little flour at a time. - 2
When the dough comes together use your hands and knead until you get a good apple shaped dough.

Wrap in cling film and rest for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into manageable pieces, and roll out until thin enough, almost transparent.
Fold the rolled out sheets into layers and cut into strips of your desired thickness.
