Heat a pan. Add broccoli florets and keep stirring. Now add olive oil and saute on high heat.
Keep them aside. - 2
In the same pan, add vegetable oil.
Add cumin seeds, hing, garlic, onions.
Saute till golden brown. - 3
Add broccoli and stir.
Add rice and tomatoes, salt, turmeric, chilli powder. Add water and cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Alternately you can pressure cook this rice.
Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
