Ingredients

  1. 1 packfresh rice roll noodle
  2. Halfpack of pork crackling
  3. Halfbowl of soy bean, soak first
  4. 8 piecesfried tofu puff
  5. 8pork mince balls
  6. Chicken powder
  7. Fried garlic to sprinkle on top

  1. 1

    Boil the soaked soy bean first until soft, put in the pork mince balls, fried tofu and pork crackling in. Add chicken powder to your taste.

    Put 1 spoon of corn flour in a pot with a bit of water. Cook in medium heat, keep stirring until thicken then add the noodle rolls. I only use 3 pieces in photo for my lunch :)

    Put in the bowl, add the soup in, sprinkle with fried garlic and add the chilli
