Menchi Katsu Style Ground Pork Fritters

I wanted to make something with leftovers, so I referred to other recipes and made these.
When the fritters are done, drain excess oil with paper towels. They are so tasty, they don't need sauce. You can freeze them before frying. Recipe by Momiji mama

Steps
- 1
I used the batter leftovers from "usatarou's" Isobe Fries -. The ingredients used are marked ☆.
- 2
Mix the ground pork with ● flavoring ingredients. You don't need to leave it for too long, maybe about 5 minutes.
- 3
Divide the meat mixture from Step 2 into the portion sizes you want and form into balls. Flatten and coat with the coating from Step 1, and cover with panko.
- 4
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Tilt the frying pan and shallow-fry the pork fritters.
- 5
They are done if the juices run clear when you poke into one with a skewer, just like hamburgers. Bon appetit!
