Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil in a pressure cooker with little salt and water for 20 minutes after one whistle.

Dry roast sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes. Grind chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic, hung curd, lemon juice and olive oil to a smooth paste.

Before serving make a small indication in the center and pour olive oil. Make paprika marks with the help of fork and serve with Falafal.

Tip -
Try to set this Hummus in a bowl preferably overnight. It will enhance the taste of Hummus.
