French Crêpe

This recipe is simply just pancakes but way thiner. Crêpes originally come from France. You would normally just put sugar or you can put anything you want on them.

Steps
- 1
Take a bowl and add the flour, eggs and milk and mix all together.
- 2
Once mixed add the water little bit by little bit until the batter is quite thin but thicker than water.
- 3
Take the orange zest and sprinkle into the batter.
- 4
Grab a frying pan, heat up the stove then add the butter in the pan until melted.
- 5
Once the pan is warm, then take a soup spoonful of the batter and pour it in the middle of the pan.
- 6
Grab the pan handle and sway it around to get the batter all inside the pan.
- 7
Once the crepe has brown spots on the bottom flip it over until the same has happened again. Keep doing this until there is no more batter.
- 8
Take out your favourite spreads and enjoy your crepe!
