Steps

Roast vermicelli in kadai until light brown stir continuesly keep aside in bowl.

Heat oil in same kadhai add mustard seeds add chana dal urad dal curry leaves cook until dal become light brown.

Now add chopped onion grated ginger chopped green chilli saute onion tranclet add chopped carrot green peas tometoes terumic powder salt mix well.

Add 2 spoon water cook covered until veggies become soft add 13/4 cup water bring it to boil add roasted Vermecili mix well cover with lid cook until water observed 5-7 min stir between.

Turn off flame and transfer Semiya upma to a serving bowl
Garnish with green coriander leaves. - 6
You can make white semiya upma without using turmeric powder.
You can any other veggies of your choice. - 7
