Ingredients

  1. 4Ginger slices cut into strips
  2. Halfkg bokchoy
  3. 1 tspcooking oil
  4. 5garlic cloves
  5. Salt

    Blanch bokchoy then set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat wok then add oil and stir fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.

    Then add bokchoy toss it with salt.Cook until half done and crispy.
