Ingredients

  • Pepper mix
  • Tomato paste
  • Titus fish
  • Prawn fish
  • Seasoning
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Oil
  • Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash pepper, add onion and blend together

  2. 2

    Add oil to a pan cut some onions an stir fry
    Add ginger and garlic paste
    Add tomato paste and saute for 3 min

  3. 3

    Pour in the pepper, stri fry for 10min

  4. 4

    Add seasonings then the fish
    Cover the pan and allow to simmer to 5min

  5. 5

    Serve with any dish
