Origin of this mkate is from lamu town...the reason why its called kidole (Finger) because you use your own fingertips to knead the dough.
Steps

In a bowl mix 3 cups of flour, 1 tbsp yeast, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp milk powder, pinch of cardamom powder. mix your dry ingredients.

Add two eggs, 2tbsp margarine/ghee & 2 cups.of milk and whisk

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture try to knead the dough slightly not too thin not to thick.

Cover the mixture and let it sit 30 min till doubled the size. Transfee your dough into a greased baking pan and bake 180c for 30min

Ready serve with any curry of your chouce or a cup of tea blends well too..hope you all enjoyed😋
