Just another of my easy desserts. I don't do complicated desserts so this is good for everyone! 😂 Great for breakfast or snack for the kids. I used the same recipe for my blueberry compote but used raspberries instead #seasonalingredient #seasonalcooking #dessert #breakfast #snack #comfortfood

Roll of ready made pastry
Raspberry compote
Blueberry compote
Melted butter for greasing
Icing sugar to serve

Steps

Make the compote following my recipe. You could use any fruit. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a muffin tin with butter. Cut out the pastry. Add to the tin. Add a spoonful of compote

Bake for about 10 mins. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with icing sugar 😋
