Ingredients

4 person
  1. 7-8leftover idli
  2. 7-8 spoonall-purpose flour
  3. 4-5 spooncorn flour
  4. as neededslurry of cornstarch
  5. 4-5onion
  6. 3-4garlic cloves
  7. 2 inchginger
  8. 2green capsicum
  9. to tastesalt
  10. as requiredwater
  11. as neededvinegar
  12. as per needsoya sauce
  13. as requiredTomato sauce
  14. as neededred chilli sauce
  15. as required spring onions for garnishing
  16. as requiredoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut idili into small pieces

  2. 2

    Make the batter with the help of all-purpose flour and corn flour and water

  3. 3

    Add salt and mix the batter the dip idili one by one then deep fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Take a pan add some oil,ginger,garlic and green chilli add in to them

  5. 5

    Add onion which is cut in square and capsicum also cut in to square then saute

  6. 6

    Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, add some salt then mix it add some water then add corn slary

  7. 7

    Then add friyed idili and good mix all things together

  8. 8

    You can keep it dry or you can some gravy

  9. 9

    At the last serve in a bowl with some spring onions garnishing.

  10. 10

    Your chilli idili is ready to serve.
