Cut idili into small pieces

Make the batter with the help of all-purpose flour and corn flour and water

Add salt and mix the batter the dip idili one by one then deep fry until golden brown

Take a pan add some oil,ginger,garlic and green chilli add in to them

Add onion which is cut in square and capsicum also cut in to square then saute

Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, add some salt then mix it add some water then add corn slary

Then add friyed idili and good mix all things together

You can keep it dry or you can some gravy

At the last serve in a bowl with some spring onions garnishing.

Your chilli idili is ready to serve.
