Had tons of cucumbers and tomatoes so I had to figure out what to do with them
Cooking Instructions

Chop into even pieces the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel the skin off the cucumber and julienne slices long enough to be above the surface of what you’ll serve the gazpacho in. Do the same with a tomato

Add the vegetables and mixed thoroughly. Add the vinegar bread in pieces and continue until it’s liquid form
- 3
Add the garnish strip of tomato and cucumber
- 4
Serve with a pour of oil over the top. About a table spoon

I've made them slightly sour to enjoy even when you've lost your appetite on a hot summer day.You can go ahead and change the measurements to your liking. I do recommend, however, using only a small amount of the onion and garlic. I also like to squeeze some lemon onto this soup before serving.
