Had tons of cucumbers and tomatoes so I had to figure out what to do with them

Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. About 2 cups of fresh tomatoes
  2. Same amount of cucumber
  3. 2 cloves of garlic minced
  4. 1 slicebread that’s wet with red wine vinegar
  5. Extra Virgin Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop into even pieces the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel the skin off the cucumber and julienne slices long enough to be above the surface of what you’ll serve the gazpacho in. Do the same with a tomato

  2. 2

    Add the vegetables and mixed thoroughly. Add the vinegar bread in pieces and continue until it’s liquid form

  3. 3

    Add the garnish strip of tomato and cucumber

  4. 4

    Serve with a pour of oil over the top. About a table spoon
