Ingredients

  1. Halfa red capsicum
  2. Halfan onion
  3. 3 stalksspring onion
  4. 150 gsteak
  5. 50 mlegg whites
  6. 15 gself raising flour
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Pinchgarlic powder
  9. Chilli flakes
  10. 2 tsppowered sweetener
  11. 15 mlsoy sauce
  12. 20 mlBuffalo sauce
  13. 30 mlbeef stock (already dissolved)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the capsicum into strips and the onion into fine chunks along with the spring onions into small rolls.

  2. 2

    Cut up the steak into medium chunks and dip the chunks into the egg white then into the flour and into the pan. Begin to cook then add the vegys into the pan along with the salt, garlic powder, chilli flakes and sweetener.

  3. 3

    When nearly cooked add the soy sauce, Buffalo sauce and beef stock.
