In the food processor "blender" put the radish, leaves, garlic and olive oil and mix.

Put the mixture in a deep bowl, then add the cheese, pepper, salt and mix well.

Grease the toasted bread slices with pesto and serve it.

Store the remaining amount in a clean, sterilized glass container in the refrigerator.
