In a blender grind 3 bread slices and keep aside, bread crumbs are ready

In a blender add remaining 3 bread slices and blend again put in a mixing bowl

In the same blender add boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste, and grind

Grind till smooth, now add grinded bread and blend again

Remove in a mixing bowl add salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well

Grease your hands with oil and mix the chicken mixture nicely

Grease your hands and take small portion of chicken and give desired shape repeat for rest of mixture

In a bowl break one egg add salt and black pepper and whip the egg nicely

Take one cutlet, dip in egg mixture and cover it in bread crumbs

Repeat for all cutlets

Heat oil in a pan, once its hot reduce the flame to low medium and fry nuggets 3-4 mins on each side

Till its crispy and has a nice color, dont fry on high flame, otherwise bread crumbs will fry and chicken will be raw inside.

Each nugget takes 8-10 mins to cook perfectly

Repeat for all the nuggets and enjoy with your favourite sauce
