In a mixing bowl, put wheat flour, salt and ajwain. Mix. Now add milk at room temperature, gradually and knead a semi soft dough.

Brush 1/2 oil on the dough and knead the dough. Brush 1/2 tsp of oil on the dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes resting.

After resting, the dough must have become soft. Slightly knead the dough and then divide it into equal portions.

Heat the tawa. Keep flame slow. On a rolling board, put the dough portion. Dust some dry atta and roll a thin roti.

On the thin roti, brush oil and sprinkle dry atta. Now fold from sides to form a square. You can make any shape you like.

Put this paratha for roasting. Roast till it's done. It must be nicely golden brown.

Serve hot hot paratha with any sabzi/ fry of your choice.
