Ingredients

3-4 glass
  • 3/4 cupcurd
  • 1small beetroot
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1green chili (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl beat curd. Blend beetroot along with green chili and some water. Then strain it.

  2. 2

    Mix beetroot puree into beaten curd. Add enough water and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt, black salt and roasted cumin seeds powder. Mix well. Salted beetroot Lassi is ready.
