Stir frying is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are fried in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred or tossed in a wok. This is such a simple recipe in this technique with very few ingredients , use whatever vegetable you like and make it customisable and enjoy.

Stir frying is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are fried in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred or tossed in a wok. This is such a simple recipe in this technique with very few ingredients , use whatever vegetable you like and make it customisable and enjoy.

Marinate the prawns with salt and red chilli powder. Deep fry them in oil.

Take a yok and just add 2 tbsp of the oil used for frying and add minced garlic and julienned ginger. Add onions, dry red chillies and red bell pepper and sauté

Add the fried prawns and add 2 tbsp cornflour directly and stir fry

Add salt to taste and 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp periperi powder and 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tbsp soya sauce

Stir fry till the prawns get coated with sauces and sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve as a side dish.
