❤️Birthday Blueberry cheesecake with no bake❤️

Add blueberry and sugar in the pot, cook on medium heat. Turn off when it turn to thick.

Digestive biscuit until fine pour melted butter to mix it well. Put it into an oval container lined with wax paper, spread it evenly, including the side edges. Put in the fridge

Start with mix gelatin and water leave it for 5 mins. Meanwhile put cream cheese, icing and yogurt into the mix bowl beating til smooth pour gelatin mix it well together. Set aside.

Beating whipping cream till turn to peak stiff. Then put into the cream cheese bowl, mix well together. Pour on the crust, spread and smooth it well. Then scoop blueberry compote on it, use chopsticks to make swirls. Put in the fridge over night.

Take the blueberry cheesecake out of the mold. Spreading blueberry compote and decoration with mints, fresh blueberry and corals tuile …ect.
