With tips for getting great flavor without meat. In today’s recipe, I used three tricks mentioned below.

Sauté the onion, garlic, spices, and tomato paste. Add the chopped tomato and bay leaf, and sauté well. Then add the chickpeas, followed by the chicken bouillon cube.

Tip 1: Sauté the tomato paste first with the onion and other ingredients to remove acidity and enhance the flavor.

Tip 2: To prevent the tlaitli pasta from sticking, sauté it with the other ingredients before adding hot water.

Once the tlaitli is cooked, add 1 teaspoon of margarine and garnish with hard-boiled eggs.

Tip 3: For beautifully yellow hard-boiled eggs without a green ring, boil for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and let them finish cooking in the hot water.
