Preheat oven to 375-400°F.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. - 2
Rinse off chicken quarters and pat dry then add to greased baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl add bbq sauces, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Mix well and then baste chicken all over well. Reserve rest of the sauce for basting throughout cooking. Cover baking dish with foil. - 3
Bake chicken for 1 hour or longer until chicken is completely cooked through and juices runs clear. Baste chicken with leftover sauce ever 30 minutes til done.
Note: Remove foil the last 35 minutes of cooking and then broil for 5-7 minutes at the very end of baking time. - 4
About 10 minutes before chicken is done cook the mac and cheese according to package directions. Once noodles are soft drain the water. Add noodles back to pot. Add the butter, cheese packet from box, cheese cubes, and milk/half and half. Cook and stir til cheese cubes are melted and everything is combined. Set aside.
Note: If its to thick add a little bit more milk til desired consistency.
If its to thin then add a little bit more cheese cubes. - 5
Once everything is completely done then plate up immediately and Enjoy 😋

This chicken is so flavourful, moist and juicy. It is a combination of so many flavours and they just come together to create this perfect grilled chicken, this is definitely a family friendly recipe and everyone will love it.For the seasoning, I used onion, garlic and ginger puree, as this works best for me but powder should do a decent job as well. Foodi Grilled BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters Foodi Grilled BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters
Have a lot to feed? This is an easy and low-cost dinner. The chicken is cooked well through, falls off the bone, is infused with flavors, and very juicy because of the pressure cooking but has that crispy BBQ carmelized skin from the grilling. I cook this with a Ninja Foodi and a gas grill, but any 8qt or bigger pressure cooker will work. The 6.5qt version is too small and will not fit all 10lbs of chicken. You'd need to use less chicken or cook in batches if you have less than an 8qt cooker. Additionally, you can brown the skins at the end in batches using the air crisp on the Foodi, but I find the grill to be a faster all-in-one method and better tasting.I usually serve this with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and baked beans as sides.
