Ingredients

  1. 4-5Chicken Quarters
  2. 1 C.Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce
  3. 1 C.Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ Sauce
  4. 1/2 C.Packed Brown Sugar
  5. 5-6 DashesWorcestershire Sauce
  6. 1 tsp.Onion Powder
  7. 1 tsp.Garlic Powder
  8. 1 BoxKraft Mac and Cheese
  9. 2Tbsps. Butter
  10. 3-4 SplashesMilk/Half and Half
  11. 1/8 BlockVelveeta Cheese, cubed

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375-400°F.
    Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

    Rinse off chicken quarters and pat dry then add to greased baking dish.
    In a large mixing bowl add bbq sauces, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Mix well and then baste chicken all over well. Reserve rest of the sauce for basting throughout cooking. Cover baking dish with foil.

    Bake chicken for 1 hour or longer until chicken is completely cooked through and juices runs clear. Baste chicken with leftover sauce ever 30 minutes til done.
    Note: Remove foil the last 35 minutes of cooking and then broil for 5-7 minutes at the very end of baking time.

    About 10 minutes before chicken is done cook the mac and cheese according to package directions. Once noodles are soft drain the water. Add noodles back to pot. Add the butter, cheese packet from box, cheese cubes, and milk/half and half. Cook and stir til cheese cubes are melted and everything is combined. Set aside.
    Note: If its to thick add a little bit more milk til desired consistency.
    If its to thin then add a little bit more cheese cubes.

    Once everything is completely done then plate up immediately and Enjoy 😋
