Preheat oven to 350

Melt sugar in a pan over medium heat. Keep sugar moving. It’s gonna brown fast and burn if your not careful.

Once sugar is melted and golden brown pour into a 9 inch round pan and tilt pan so that the bottom has an even coat. Set aside.

Mix remain ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Pour milk mixture over the brown sugar through a fine strainer to remove any bits of egg.

Place flan pan inside a larger pie pan. Fill outer pie pan with water to about 3/4 full.

Seal pans with foil and bake for 60 minutes.

Once baked remove inner pan from the water and allow to fully cool.

Once cooled flip onto a plate. Cut and enjoy!!
