Ingredients

  1. 2 lbschicken
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1/2 cupssoy sauce
  4. 1/4-1/2 cupApple Cider vinegar or white vinegar
  5. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1 Tbsphoney
  7. 1 tspginger
  8. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken breast into strips or cubes.

    Mix water, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, ginger, and cornstarch. Stir to prevent cornstarch lumps.

    Add a ¼ cup sauce mixture to chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook chicken in a single layer in a Wok. Or cook chicken then 10 minutes in pressure cooker if short on time.

    Cook the sauce, stirring frequently as it thickens. Remove from heat

  6. 6

    Mix chicken and sauce once chicken is done. Or serve chicken and sauce separately.
