125 mlCastor Sugar
600 mlCake Flour

Cream Rama and castor sugar together until soft.

Add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.

Wrap the dough in cling wrap, shaking it into a log and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Slice chilled dough being careful to not break the cookie dough.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
