Ingredients

  1. Samp
  2. Water
  3. Benny’s chicken spice
  4. Knorrox beef stock
  5. Beans
  6. Salt
  7. Steak and chops spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak beans and samp overnight

  2. 2

    Boil samp for 10mins and drain water

  3. 3

    Boil beans and samp until soft

  4. 4

    Add steak and chops spice, stock cube, Benny’s spice

  5. 5

    Once done add salt to taste and serve
