Ingredients

  1. 300 gSalmon skin
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. Olive oil
  4. 1 tbspfried garlic
  5. Coriander

  1. 1

    Dry salmon skin with kitchen towel, sprinkle some salt. Preheat the wok, add the olive oil. Then put salmon skin into the wok. Fry until crispy. Sprinkle with fried garlic and coriander.
