Pilchards & eggs? Yep. Delicious 😋 made this delicious shakshuka dish for breakfast 🍳 & my siblings enjoyed it. I used a microwave for the egg part 🍳🎉 yummy.

Pilchards & eggs? Yep. Delicious 😋 made this delicious shakshuka dish for breakfast 🍳 & my siblings enjoyed it. I used a microwave for the egg part 🍳🎉 yummy.

Sauté 1 chopped onion on medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons on crushed ginger & garlic

Add fresh chopped chilies & your spices & herbs (paprika, fresh/dry thyme, rosemary

Add 3 peeled & chopped tomatoes

Add 2 garlic & herb iMana stock. Add 1 & a half cup of water (about 375ml) & let it cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

While waiting for the sauce, prep your fish. Remove bones with fingers or folk.

After 20 mins, add your fish to the sauce, also add a handful of freshly chopped parsley, I had coriander. Let it cook for 5 more minutes then transfer the fish sauce into a microwave safe bowl. Then add your eggs on top, season with aromat & black pepper & microwave for until your eggs are done perfectly to your liking.
