Just Cake Flour Easy Tortillas Just Cake Flour Easy Tortillas
My recipes for "Naan Made With Just Cake Flour"and "Pizza"were well received, so I made this recipe. These tortillas are more delicious than I thought they would be. If you make these, let me know how it goes. The hot water and kneading make the dough soft. If you are making a lot, wrap leftover tortillas with a damp towel and wrap with plastic wrap to keep them from dying out. Overcooking will make the tortillas tough, so remove from the pan as soon as the cheese melts. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -

Sweet Onion and Natto Oyaki (Flat Cakes) Sweet Onion and Natto Oyaki (Flat Cakes)
Once, I bought some sweet onions and natto when I'd forgotten that I'd already ordered them for delivery from my co-op, and so ended up with excess sweet onions and natto!I came up with this recipe as a way to use them up.While they are frying, do not touch them.Even if they break apart while flipping them, they will stick back together by shifting the batter back in place with a spoon. You could pour in half the batter to make a large flat cake, but when I tried to pour all of the batter in, it was a challenge to flip it over.I recommend making 6-7 small flat cakes. The hardness is a little different depending on the time, but it's good whether you cook it for 3 or 5 minutes! (Note) If you do a test run with just one ball, you can check how far you can steam it without it burning. The amounts are approximate, so you can use a little more or less of the ingredients. Chocolate Okara Cake Chocolate Okara Cake
I made chocolate okara cake using baker's chocolate.Adjust the oven settings and baking time to your oven.Because there isn't any flour, this cake crumbles very easily. It's easier to cut if you wait until the next day. If transporting, it's probably easier to bake it into muffins. It needs to be refrigerated because of the okara, but when serving, let it rest for 30 minutes before eating to allow it to become moist.Instead of vegetable oil, you could also use softened butter.
