Heat oil, add whole garam masala,onion cook till onion turn soft

Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt & fry them till colour change

Add curd cover & cook fr 5 mnt. In a bowl add almond paste,fresh cream,black pepper powder, maggi cube,salt, garam masala & kasuri methi mix well

Add almond paste & milk cook in low flame fr 5 mnt.

Heat 2 cup water add maggi cube, green chilli, cummin seed & salt. Now add rice cook till 1/2 cooked. In a vessel grease oil & splash of water add 1 tbsp rice than add all the white masala,sprinkle coriander leaves & brista than again all the rice sprinkle coriander leaves,saffron water & brista. Serve hot with raita.
