  1. 1 cupUrad dal
  2. 3 tablespoonssuji
  3. Handfulchopped spring onion
  4. Handfulchopped coriander
  5. 3green chillies finely chopped
  6. as per tasteSalt a
  7. 1/2 tsp eera
  8. as requiredSmall piece of Ginger grated

  1. 1

    Soak urad dal for 4 hours grind along with Ginger. After grinding beat it properly with help of hand for 5 minutes, keep it aside for one hour, add Suji and above mentioning things. Make a thick batter.

    Take small portions from the batter then dip fry.
