First, you have to cut peel off parwal or Pointed Gourd and cut into long pieces. and cut onion and chopped tomato

Now, take a pan and add oil. As the oil heats, add jira and Asafoetida. then add chopped onion mix well and then chopped tomato now add turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder and red chilli powder and garam masala and salt now mix properly

Now add parwal Let the vegs cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off the gas flame. Finally, add fresh coriander leaves and then serve it
