Steps

Wash and soak dal in water for 15 min.Cook the soaked dal in a cooker with salt and turmeric powder.Switch off the gas after one whistle.Wait till it cools down.

Heat ghee in a pan,add hing,cumin seeds,clove and green chilli and red chilli quickly switch off the gas,so that the spices do not burn.

Add cooked dal into it and mix.

Your flavouful dhuli moong dal is ready to serve.
