Ingredients

  1. अंडे-4
  2. प्याज -1 बारीक कटा हुआ
  3. टमाटर -1 बारीक कटा हुआ
  4. आलू -1 बारीक कटा हुआ
  5. जीरा - 1/4 चम्मच
  6. हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
  7. धनिया पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
  8. लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
  9. हरी मिर्च -1 से 2 कटी हुई
  10. अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट -1 चम्मच
  11. हरा धनिया -1 चम्मच कटा हुआ
  12. नमक स्वादानुसार
  13. तेल -1 बडा़ चम्मच

  1. 1

    एक कढ़ाई में तेल डाले व गर्म करे फिर इसमें जीरा डालकर भुनें जब जीरा चटकने लगे तो इसमें कटा हुआ प्याज, हरी मिर्च डाल कर फ्राई करें

  2. 2

    अब इसमें आलू डाल कर फ्राई करें

  3. 3

    आलू पक जाए तो इसमें अदरक - लहसुन का पेस्ट और टमाटर डाल कर 2 मिनट पका ले.

  4. 4

    फिर इसमें हल्दी, धनिया, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर चलाए.

    जब टमाटर और मसालों से तेल अलग होने लगे तो अंडे फोड़ कर डालदे और हरा धनिया, नमक डाल कर मिक्स करें.

    इसे तब तक चलाते रहे जब तक अंडा पूरी तरह से भुर्जी जैसा न बन जाए.

  7. 7

    अब गैस बंद कर दे तैयार है अंडा भुर्जी गरमागरम रोटी के साथ परोसें|
