  1. 250 gramsAsh gourd (petha vegetable)
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. 1chopped onions
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1 tbspPeanuts paste
  7. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  12. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  13. As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil and heat it.add cumin seeds, chopped onion golden brown it.add ginger garlic paste, peanuts paste mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it well add tomato and petha cook it 15 mins.

  3. 3

    Garnish for coriander leaves Serve it hot.
