Ingredients

  1. 1egg
  2. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  3. Pinich of Salt
  4. Pinich of black pepper
  5. 3Baby tomatoes
  6. 4Mixed greens leaves
  7. 1/2of the avocado
  8. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a hot pan.

  2. 2

    Crack an egg (leave it one minute on each side) Dont over cook it.

  3. 3

    Add salt & pepper to the egg.

  4. 4

    Place the egg on the plate.

  5. 5

    On the cutting board slice up the avocado and baby tomatoes.

  6. 6

    Place on the egg avocados, baby tomatoes, mixed greens, and drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top.
