Ingredients

  • 4shrimps, Peeled, cut back to remove the black vein
  • 2squids, cut
  • 150 gsalmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6clams
  • 70 gCurry paste
  • 1/2 cupfresh milk
  • 2eggs
  • Sweet basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put shrimps, squids, salmon and clams into the bowl. Add curry paste, eggs and fresh milk. Stir to mix it well. Add sweet basil, scoop it into the foil cup. Steam it approx 20 minutes or until cook. Ready to serve. Let’s enjoy.
