Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg= Chicken wings
  • 1 packet= Crispy fried masala mix
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add 3tbsp crispy fried masala add water to make thin batter.

  2. 2

    In a plate add remaining crispy fried masala and set a side

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan or wok
    Now 1 piece of chicken wing dip into batter now coat in dry mixture.

    Now deep fry till golden and crispy
