Aloo pyaz ka paratha

Prepare soft dough of whole wheat flour using salt oil and water.

Now heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds in it and allow it to crackle.

Then add green chillies and onion in it saute it till it becomes light brown in colour.

Now, cut little big part from dough, stuff potato mix and make paratha of it.

Heat a tawa, cook paratha well from both sides, spread ghee/butter/oil over it cook it well and switch off the flame.

Your aloo pyaaz paratha is ready to serve now.
