Steps

Boil penne pasta for exact 8 minutes with 1 tsp salt.
Drain water and wash it with tap water.
Apply little oil and keep aside. - 2
For Chicken:: Take nonstick pan & add 2 tbsp oil. Sauté ginger & garlic in it. Add chicken cubes and cook on high flame till chicken colour changes. Add red chilli powder, paprika powder, oregano and red chilli flakes. Cook till chicken is done. Add lemon 🍋 juice and mix. Keep aside.

Arrabbiata Sauce :: Take grill pan and grease it. Place 1/2 cut tomatoes 🍅 on it. Cook on high flame to get smoky flavour. Remove skin. This step gives your sauce great aroma. Take a pan & add butter, add chopped garlic cloves. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli 🌶 flakes. Cook till everything incorporates well. You can blend or use potato masher. Keep aside

For White Sauce:; Take a pan & add butter in it. Add flour and cook on low flame till flour colour change and you get good aroma. Add in milk, salt, black pepper powder and mixed herbs. Cook till desired consistency.

Assembling :: Take a big Wok and mix together every thing. Firstly,
Add red sauce
Add white sauce
Add boiled Penny
Add in cooked chicken
Add shredded mozzarella cheese
Add basil snd parsley, - 6

Make a platter and garnish with spring onions.

Serve separately or mixed together.
