Ingredients

10 - 15 mins
2 people
  1. 2 cupstomato puree
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. as per taste Black pepper powder
  4. 2 spoonsSugar
  5. 1 spoonCornflour for slurry
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as required Bread croutons
  8. 1 spoonButter
  9. as required Cream for garnishing

Steps

10 - 15 mins
  1. 1

    Take butter in kadai add tomato puree let it boil

  2. 2

    Now add black pepper powder, salt to taste

  3. 3

    Add cornflour slurry and mix it well

  4. 4

    Boil it for 5- 6 mins at last add some cream and mixwell

  5. 5

    Serve hot with bread croutons and lil bit of cream
