It is an Italian dessert & it means cooked cream.
Steps

For white cream layer-
Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it.Heat up it. - 2
Keep stirring & cook in low flame.Cook until completely dissolved & the water is clear.Switch off the flame & set aside to cool down a bit.

Now take milk in a saucepan.Add fresh cream to it.Add sugar & vanilla essence to it.

Mix well until sugar completely dissolves.Transfer the mixture to a pan & allow for a gentle boil.Switch off the flame & immediately add it to agar agar mixture.

Whisk it well.Keep a glass tilted on a muffin tray.Pour the vanilla,agar agar mixture till half of the glass is reached.Set aside to set in the fridge.

For chocolate layer-
In a small bowl whisk agar agar & water.Set aside for 10,15 mints. - 7
In a saucepan heat the milk.Add fresh cream,sugar over medium low heat until sugar has dissolve completely.

Remove from the heat, add grated chocolate, chocolate powder,cocoa powder & stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir in agar agar mix & immediately whisk until smooth & dissolved.

Let cool a little bit.Then pour the chocolate milk mixture to the glass as second layer,make sure the first layer is set completely.

Refrigerate it again to set complety.

The delicious chocolate Vanilla Panna cotta is ready to serve.Serve it chilled.
