Pakora chaat is a quick and simple evening snack recipe. Onion pakora is loved by all and one enjoy chaat.

In a bowl mix together, besan, sliced onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, a pinch of baking soda.

Now add water as required to mix the batter well. The onion piece should be coated well with the besan.

Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying.

Once the oil is hot enough take a handful of batter and gently drop it into the hot oil. Stir occasionally and fry both sides until golden brown and crispy.

On a plate placed fried pakora.

Once the pakora cools down completed add them to hot water and keep them soaked for 15minutes.

This will soften them and take them out, squeeze gently to remove access water.

Take fresh curd in a bowl and add red chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, chaat masala and mix well.

Add pakora in curd and top with green chutney, boondi, onion, tomato and sev.

Finally, enjoy pakora chaat as evening snacks.
