Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupGram flour
  • 1 kgFish fillets
  • 2-3 tbspTandori masala
  • 1tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In gram flour add 3/4tbsp chat pata tandoori masala marinate fish with ginger garlic paste and little vinegar then mix in the prepared gram flour and straight away put in the hot oil until golden serve with your choice of chutney
