I got some cheap green asparagus from saturday market and wanted something summery in this long dark winter. I found this recipy in my cook notebook. I think it is from Knorr. I changed it a lot I did not have the right ingredients.😃

I got some cheap green asparagus from saturday market and wanted something summery in this long dark winter. I found this recipy in my cook notebook. I think it is from Knorr. I changed it a lot I did not have the right ingredients.😃

Put the aspargus for 30 min in ice cold water. They are more crispy this way

Clean the asparagus. Do this by cleaning the bottom half with a speed peeler and cut of the bottoms

Mix the oil, lemon juice and bouillion

Cook the couscous according package

Put the veg in a tray. Put on the oil mixture and chili. Hussel

Put in a preheated oven 200°C, for 15 to 20 min

Put on the shredded cheese

Put back in the oven for 2 min
- 9
Serve with giant couscous
