1☆Egg
3 tbsp☆ Panko
2 tbsp☆Grated cheese
1☆Salt and pepper
400 mlWater
1Consomme soup stock cube
1Parsley

Steps

Combine ☆ ingredients well.

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and dissolve the consomme.

Add the egg mixture from Step 1 to the pot and lightly stir. When the mixture starts to float, turn off the heat.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle parsley.
