1 sliceSliced bread
1to 2 leaves Lettuce
2 stickImitation crab sticks
1/2 tbsp＊Sweet chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp＊Mayonnaise
1Margarine
1Pizza cheese
1 dashGrated cheese
1 pinchBlack pepper

Cut the lettuce into strips and shred the crab sticks. Combine the ＊ sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise.

Combine the lettuce, crab sticks and sweet chili sauce mixture in a bowl. The picture is more than one serving.

Toast the slice of bread and spread on the margarine. Place the crab stick mixture on top and sprinkle with the pizza cheese and lightly toast.

Sprinkle with grated cheese or black pepper if you like.
