Finely chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry onion till light golden.

Add in tomatoes,ginger garlic,salt and garam masala.

Cook this for 5 minutes.

Add in chicken and some water.

Cook covered for 10 minutes.

Add in porridge and remaining water.

Cook till water dries up and chicken and porridge are tender.

Lastly add in coriander leaves,chillies and lemon.

Serve hot.
