Preheat the oven. Baking tray wrap with foil, bacon put on top. 150 ºC bake for around 16minutes

Melt the butter, remove the water and milk solid. Keep the clarified butter

Add egg yolk in a mixing bowl. Slowly heat up in water bath, keep whisking during cook. Add clarified butter, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper while whisking.

English muffin cut half. Spread some butter, cook until crispy.

Boil a pot of water, add salt and white vinegar, make a little typhoon in water. Add the egg, cook for 2 minutes. Take out and remove excess water.
Combine all ingredients together, garnish with paprika and parsley. Finish >< - 6
