Dry roast sesame seeds, grate dry coconut,in the same pan again dry roast coconut.

After cooling blend everything to coarse powder.now in deep pan add jaggary.add 2 tbspoon water to it.

Once jaggary melts completely, remove from the heat.add 1 tspoon desi ghee,now add coconut, sesame and roasted peanut powder in jaggary.add cardamom powder,nutmeg powder.mix well

Grease mould with ghee.pour the mixture in it. Spread equally. Put roasted sesame seeds, cashew crush, dry coconut on it. Cut it in pieces when hot. Rest for 1 hour.cut and enjoy
